They would send someone over who would jiggle a wire and sometimes get it to work for an hour before it stopped again. I also complained about my fridge multiple times and they never fixed it. I even borrowed a shampooer and had to go over the carpeted area like 3+ times. Complained, they acted like I was lying and refused to come over. My BF is allergic to them and had hard times breathing when there. When I first moved in, the place was COVERED in cat hair. They were sweet when I met them and one girl in the office did seem ok but everyone else was bad joke. There was so much mold in the laundry room, you can hear everything your neighbors do, you will never get parking, and the staff is so rude and incompetent. IF FEELING COMFORTABLE AND SECURE IN YOUR OWN HOME IS IMPORTANT, OR YOUD LIKE TO GET YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK IN THE END, THEN AVOID MAPLE GROVE APARTMENTS AT ALL COSTS!!! BOTTOM LINE: THESE PEOPLE ARE THE DEFINITION OF SLUM LORDS AND HONESTLY SEEM TO ENJOY TERRORIZING THEIR TENANTS. Then, even though the apartment was in great condition and we spent 20+ hours cleaning it thoroughly and even professionally after we moved out, they still took our entire $650 security deposit for their own cleaning services. Charged us $400 to find a subletter for us, even though my fiance and I did all of the work and found our own subletter. However, they made trying to find a subletter and finalizing our lease with them as stressful as it could possibly be - a living nightmare. We didnt tell the office staff beforehand to ensure they couldnt sabotage our efforts. After several months, once we couldnt handle feeling this uncomfortable in our own homes any more, we opted to just move out and find a better living situation elsewhere. Made us feel very uncomfortable, like we were being constantly spied on, and like they were waiting for a moment to fine, or even evict us, for any little thing they could find. Months of dealing with a passive-aggressive, oppressive office staff, who certainly flexed what power they could over us. Felt like the victims of a personal vendetta and witch hunt. Not sure how there could be any positive reviews.my fiance and I had an AWFUL experience. I wish that I would've found this place earlier. We are planning to stay at this property.
In my personal opinion, Maple Valley apartment staff always tries to help their residents with providing alternatives and solutions but you have to communicate. I can't imagine anyone having issues with this property or staff. The Property Manager, Assistant Manager, Leasing Agent and Maintenance staff goes above and beyond. The paperwork is so easy my sister's unborn child could read, understand and follow through. Our move in and renew process was very seamlessly and extremely fair! I can't imagine anyone having issues at all. Omg! The apartments are huge like a condo but with washer and dryer in unit! Our Masterbedroom have a walk closet that connects to the bedroom!

I feel like I am getting quality style Chicago and New York style living with their stainless steel appliances, beautiful view, underground parking, outdoor pool, update fitness room, space to have parties and even a hot tub. Honestly, I absolutely love our apartment as it is refreshing to be at a property that actually treats you like one of the family and like a human being! It is so easy to do business with this company and staff.
